designs by Damowang // Afffair // I Love Pretty // Concept Korea
Damo Wang is a Chinese fashion brand established in 2015. Before creating the brand, Han lei aka Da Mo, worked with top-tier designers for over a decade where he gained insights, and fashionable know-how to creating Damowang with his friend, Alex Wang. Da Mo believes that "the mission of fashion itself is to always have a strong relationship with our real living environment." The S/S20 collection embraces parts of modern-day china known as WU XIA; mixing different fabrics and textures to silhouette independent women across the globe.
This label is Internationally known for providing élite and elegant ready-to-wear women's clothing. Creative director/founder of Afffair Baku Azerbaijan presented us with bold colors, floral elements and flirty silhouettes for his S/S20 collection at Spring Studios.
I Love Pretty collection
Established in Hong Kong by Creative Director Juan Yang, I love Pretty became a respectable independent label over the years. Her collection embraces femininity, a hint of romance and a dash of fearless persona.
CONCEPT KOREA is a "government-sponsored fashion show" that helps emerging designers showcase their collections outside korea. On September 6th at Spring Studios, three korean designers graced gallery 1 with their collections. Below are snaps of my favorite looks from each designers' presentations.
